Jakob Ohme is Head of the Research Group \u201cDigital News Dynamics\u201d at the Weizenbaum Institute for the Networked Society in Berlin and Associated Researcher at the Institute for Media and Communication Studies at the Freie Universit\u00e4t Berlin. His research interests center around the impact of digital and mobile communication on news exposure and political behavior in digital democracies with a focus on generational differences in media use and political socialization. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He has a special interest in the development of digital methods in political communication and journalism research.
